Who We Are

Peelback is a payment tool that enables independent creators to accept payments, bookings, tips, and deposits from their customers through a single link. We are a software platform, not a content host. We do not store, view, or control any content exchanged between creators and their buyers.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use Peelback, whether as a creator or a buyer. By creating an account, you confirm that you are 18 or older. We reserve the right to terminate any account we reasonably believe belongs to a minor.

Creator Responsibilities

As a creator using Peelback, you agree to:

• Only offer and deliver legal content and services
• Be solely responsible for all content you deliver to buyers
• Not use Peelback to facilitate prostitution, escort services, or any illegal activity
• Not impersonate any person or entity
• Comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws
• Be solely responsible for reporting and paying any applicable taxes on income earned

Prohibited Content and Uses

The following are strictly prohibited on Peelback:

• Any content involving minors in a sexual context
• Non-consensual content of any kind
• Content that facilitates human trafficking or exploitation
• Fraudulent transactions or misrepresentation of services
• Any activity that violates federal, state, or local law

Violations will result in immediate account termination and may be reported to law enforcement.

Payments

Peelback facilitates payments between creators and buyers. All transactions are processed through third-party payment processors. Peelback is not responsible for payment disputes between creators and buyers. Refund policies are set by individual creators.

Limitation of Liability

Peelback is a tool, not a content platform. We are not liable for any content, services, or interactions between creators and buyers. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid to Peelback in the three months preceding the claim.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend any account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of Peelback after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
